Uploaded images and documents remain stored

Images you've inserted—including the tracing template—weren't previously saved with the plan in the cloud. After reloading the page or switching to a different device, they would be missing, and you'd have to reimport and realign them. Now they remain saved. If you inserted an image before this fix, please reimport it once.
